1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cko33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cko33 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and all related services collectively referred to as "the Platform".

By accessing the Platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

cko33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to cko33 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cko33 is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any employee of cko33 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cko33 or had an account permanently closed by cko33 for breach of these Terms.

cko33 takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are a parent or guardian and suspect that a minor is using the Platform, please contact our support team immediately. We will act swiftly to investigate and close any underage account identified.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of cko33, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active cko33 account. Operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

cko33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing while KYC documents are under review. The review process is normally completed within one business day. If submitted documents are unclear, expired, or inconsistent with account registration details, we will contact you by email to request alternative documentation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. cko33 will never ask you to share your password by email or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately and change your password without delay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cko33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). cko33 supports a range of local and international payment methods designed to provide maximum convenience to players across Bangladesh. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. cko33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered name, it will be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawal requests are processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Incomplete verification may delay processing.
• cko33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 below.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

cko33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cricket cashback offers during BPL and IPL seasons, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions on the Bangladeshi cultural calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Time Limits: Every bonus carries an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be automatically forfeited without notice.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. 4. Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin stake is ৳500 unless the promotion explicitly states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and related winnings being voided.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements of an existing bonus may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
6. Abuse and Manipulation: cko33 reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus if there is reasonable evidence that a player is exploiting promotional terms, using automated betting strategies, or colluding with other accounts to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using cko33, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any alias.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game or bet outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cko33 staff, other players, or any individuals associated with the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or permitting another individual to access your cko33 account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

cko33 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, we reserve the right to freeze account access, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and share information with relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the cko33 Platform — including but not limited to the cko33 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cko33 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cko33.

Game titles, graphics, and software provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. cko33 is a licensed distributor of these games and holds no ownership claim over third-party game content.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cko33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform that result in incomplete bet settlement or loss of session progress.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment networks.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or pay table displays caused by software faults, subject always to cko33's right to void affected bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, promotions, or content published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

Where cko33 is found liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
